Portrait of my favorite doggie, Audrey who was rescued from Spain after hunting season where her breed are killed when that season is over. She is a podenco, a Spanish hunting dog who now lives in CA with her loving mommy who rescued her.
After years of working as a graphic designer, I am retired and am doing what I love to do, enjoying life in the Sacramento, CA area. My heart has always been with animals and I have always been a mom to my rescue dogs. I also go to the Capital to speak for bills involving animal rights when they come up. I want so much to help animals that in years past, I have donated custom pet portraits to a number of animal rescue groups for their fundraisers and have also done several elephant watercolor paintings for the Performing Animal Welfare Society (PAWS, San Andreas, CA).
